Warranty: None, but will give a personal 7 day warranty, card has been running daily without a hiccup. Thermal paste etc has been replaced to keep card performing at it's best.

Condition: 8/10 (the face LED don't work hence the 8/10, the side LED's work 100%, the ribbon cable for the face LED's got damaged when removing the shroud.) Other then that the card runs very strong, has kept up with watercooled 1080's while being aircooled.
