I’m pretty sure the instructions/ rules don’t vary much edition to edition as idea is still the same.

Unofficial rules we used as kids in the era BC (before cellphones):

Fight over the pieces
Start with couple of $100
Roll the dice
Place a house wherever you like
Pick up a chance card when you land on that blockie.
Stay out of jail
Collect $200 when you pass go.

In my case it was when someone flipped the board sending all the pieces flying

The notes on ours go from 100-50000 so its different from most other editions.

i think thats why they came up with the cheater edition! no more table flipping
