My samsung 27 inch does the lines thing too, only on 144hz though. When I set the refresh rate on the monitor to lets say 120 or 60, it does not do it. Also, the lines go away after the monitor has "warmed up" a bit. That monitor uses a samsung panel if I'm not mistaken, so I think it is a manufacturing defect
