Item: Mecer 1000VA UPS (Not turning on)
Age: Approx 3 Years
Warranty: None.
Condition: Not turning on. Was working fine, but batteries was not keeping a charge. Tested again a few weeks back and not turning on. Possibly a small issue.
Location: Bellville, Cape Town
Shipping: On Taker (it's Heavy) Can drop off if close by.

To the one taking this PIF, if the batteries are below a certain voltage the UPS won't turn on at all, so as OP stated, small issue and easy to get working.
