*Well... You cannot just make up a catwoman outfit to begin with... There are still physical laws that apply within the world we roleplay in. We, as players, can't just make up actions and reactions of other players. That is your job, the GM. We can suggest actions, we can *try* things, but ultimately their success and outcome relies on your description of the event.

As an example, we cannot say: "I hit Jimmy on the head, he is now unconscious and I steal his money."
It should be: "I try to take a nearby chair and attempt to hit Jimmy on the head, with the intention of knocking him out and taking his money."
The GM will then narrate the series of events. *
