Support Lost Authentication and Backups

Hi,

I recently cleared out old photos and screenshots from my primary device and one of those screenshots included the backup codes needed for my login. I was able to use one of my backup codes sometime last year and haven't logged in since. I also, unfortunately, had to format my primary device almost two years ago now and when doing so, I lost access to my Authentication app. Could I please regain access to my account?
