Logitech G29 wheel calibration issue

Hoping my fellow sim racing rig owners can help with the following.

I saw a g29 wheel for sale at an amazing price, but the seller says the wheel just keeps on calibrating (Keeps spinning) on pc. I've done some research but can't find a fix for the exact issue. Any advice on how to fix this if possible? Would be a massive steal for the advertised price.

could be a faulty hall sensor. Replacing the magnet or the hall sensor might fix the problem.

It however could be many issues, faulty microcontroller not been able to see the hall sensor input.

If it was a G25 or G27.... that would have been the encoder wheel, as those crack easily
