Wouldn't say that, I just managed to get one to power on, not POST. I'm not sure if the other 2 are not working, by visual inspection they don't seem to be dead, as I've stated - @Sunless_Quazar

You still are PIFing less than you received, you will have to add something to get to equal value...

From the PIF rules: "In other words, PIF something of "equal or similar value".
