LG UltraGear 24 inch 144hz monitor repair

I bought a monitor from carb a few months back, it came with an entire pc bundle.

The monitor starts up and can run optimally for a short while but after 30 minutes or so, it will develop horizontal and vertical lines.

Could it be overheating and pins melting?

Is this repairable?

I am using display port cable.

Panel has no signs of damage.
