So since I've been rocking the Cosmos S since 2008 and looking for a replacement, I've been following the Cosmos C700P since Computex.
Well finally...

Sure its got some niggles, but I can live with all of them, this case is by far the best Cosmos ever!

Looks pretty good. Can the case be lifted on those hinges? or are they more cosmetic than practical?

You mean the rails or handle's? Like all the Cosmos cases of the past, they are functional and you can use them to lift the case. I do worry about how strong the mounting points are since the case alone is 22kg, some almost 10kg more than previous full tower Cosmos cases.

I had the Cosmos II Ultra for a while. Awesome case. More than enough room for cooling, looks mean as well. Its just a massive schlep to carry around at a LAN. I took it to rAge last year. I built myself a little trolley to push it around on. My full setup weighed close to 40kgs.

If I didn't get a new Phanteks recently, I would've saved for this beast.

I meant the handles. Wow, that's a ton of weight for a plastic handle though.
