Condition: Good. Some minor tears, but nothing eyesore-y and can probably easily be fixed. A good clean (I don't have the machinary to do that otherwise I would) should spruce it right up.

Reason: Moving in with my gf and she already has couches.

It's not perfect, but it's certainly not in a bad condition. A bit of a clean and it's a very decent set of couches.
