Description of Bad Deal:

I am gonna try to sum it up as quickly as possible

Left my number for @kneecap on PM regarding Xbox I wanted to buy.

he contacted me regarding it, during this time he also talked to another member.

Myself and the other member went back and fourth regarding who should buy it cuz we are friends in the same town.

Ultimately I decided to make the purchase.

Before this i asked the seller for pictures he said it was already boxed and ready to be shipped.( was like oky no problem)

ani ways I made instant eft on sunday the 18th and seller said he will ship it Monday.

this never happened and he has some excuse of one of he's employees dying due to lighting or somethin on he's property.

I said ok I understand i hope everything is ok, I then offered to send the courier to he's house as I assumed he's wife is at home so he does not have to worry about shipping i will cover it even tough it was included in the price.

he said no it will get shipped Tuesday, Tuesday gone and nothing, Wednesday gone and nothing, Thursday same story and finally yesterday he sent some excuse that he has to come clean, he's not finding he's feet and stuff is to hectic he's side he would refund me immediately .

I was like ok i will wait abit, last night asked him again and he said busy with it right now and still nothing.

So I don't know what he did with my money, i don't know if he even had an extra console to sell.

All i know is I want my money back today still, Do not deal with this SKELM @kneecap you are SKELM.

I wanted to add during this whole time he purchased a monitor on carb from another member as well, so he can make new purchases but not refund me

oh and yeah this is my own fault , I am in the city for the weekend(bloem). and since i was promised a refund i decided to purchase a new set of MX boots, and now I am financially screwed as I was banking on the refund.

Hi. everyone. Unfortunately yes I did stuff Ner0 around a bit. I will ensure that he gets his full refund back within the next 24 hours. I owe him that in full and have no issue refunding him just that. I really am sorry about the stuff up on my side and was never my intention. @Jack_Bauer_ZA I will update this thread in the next few hours once I have refunded him and confirmed that he has received his funds. I take full responsibility for my poor management of this situation.

That is correct. I will be honest I did not think much of it as I was and still am fully refunding him. I do realize that he is upset now and I do understand. Can't apologize without making excuses so just going to say sorry and make sure to right my wrong.

@Jack_Bauer_ZA just want to update. I did contact Ner0. I refunded R5500 of the R7500. Don't have enough in my account. As soon as my wife gets back from her moms I will ask her to just refund the other R2000 still outstanding. I did send the details to Ner0 on whatsapp as well with a photo of the pop etc. But i made a instant eft so money should already reflect in his account.

I am really not a "skelm" just had a bad week and mismanaged my affairs.

@kneecap was hospitalized and booked of from the 4th to the 11th of Jan.... the doctor note sent was sent to me last week Wednesday since then I have had no response regarding the matter after asking him.

So yeah don't really understand why I cant be answered if he was online on carb.

Anyway gonna take the rest as a write off not gonna bargain on getting it back.

I have made piece with the fact that some people just likes to f*ck the rest of the hard WORKING class in the butt butt.

Suggestion. If your looking to buy the monitor. Then i would say let @kneecap send you the monitor and once you received you pay @Ner0 what he is owed and the test to @kneecap. That way there is happy for all.

I knew something was off since the beginning i started talking to him...but i did not listen to my gut

Revenge isn't the way forward. Trust me, been there, done that. Open fraud case at SAPS and write it off. Make sure that 10 years down the line when he wants to open a PEP account, he's blocked, because of this.
