Sorry Christie, but with all due respect, just a brief guide / description of the procedure beforehand would've helped out a good few okes.
I look at the pricing and I go "Hmmmm, is this the discounted price or is this full price?" --- I mean - how would you know whether someone who registers on your site right now is a forum member or just Joe Public who stumbled across your site tonight? Unless everyone with a registration gets to see the discounted pricing, and you're just toting the "I have to load up your profile" gag as a bit of smoke-and-mirrors sales banter?
The fact that people aren't sure whether they've been "activated in order to see discounted pricing", may in fact have lost you a couple of potential sales.

I agree with you, I did not say in original post that I will first activate your profile so you can see the discounted pricing.
I thought I said all, but made the common mistake of working with something every day and forgot it has to be explained.
Compitum is an online portal/order system for the resellers and no one has access to the pricing unless I have given (approved) it.
I also did not say - login online - a few guys actually filled in the downloadable application forms and e-mailed it to me(Sorry guys)
I then requested them to login online etc.
After I approve/activate a registration , you actually receive an automated email that confirm that you now have access to pricing and can order.
I should have said that in the "Rules for tonight"
After all...it was suppose to happen as a surprise party Monday night from 12H00 to 6H00 but unfortunately we had a Power failure here on the South Coast and the cat was let out of the bag. So, I had to make the best of it Tuesday night.
IT DID RESULT IN HYPE...and that was the plan....so that people know Compitum have good products at competitive prices that benefits the Resellers and End users. Because Carboniters have been good to us and our resellers...I had thought to give you guys some CUD fun and an early start...for those who were around Tuesday night. As suppose to Monday night as first (FORUM) in SA with GTX760 Launch !!
Oh and JOE PUBLIC...99% of people reach Compitum through browsing (Which I can see the origin) ...It rings bells when not through Carbonite or a Reseller application and I investigate, usually end up calling the person to verify (A few can vouch for that) And all those who registered for Tuesday do not have access beyond Tuesday night.
Most get pay only from Wednesday, so the Resellers are actually the ones who will benefit because if you did not order and pay by cut off 12H00....no deal.
Long story short..as a first..it was fun and I got a lot of advise and support for it and I fluffed some feathers
and it went well, some guys could buy something.
