In short, it takes 3 x 5.25" slots (DVD rom slots) and converts them to 4 x 3.5" slots.
Awesome for home servers or adding HDDs to your main rig.
Also comes with a fan to push air over the drives.
Used to have 3 of these guys in my old Stacker back in the day.
Keeps drives nice and cool.
