Regarding the 4k capabilities of the TV: There isn't a ton of resources online nor are the specifications in the booklet or online very comprehensive with regards to HDMI and HDCP specifications of this TV. Not done a ton of testing but highest I have gotten TV to output is 4k at 24/30HZ
