Job Description:
We are looking to employ someone who will assist with testing and reporting on returned items such as inverters, batteries, laptops, tablets, consumer electronics etc.

Tasks include:
 Troubleshoot any technical issues and resolve all technical problems
 Testing of products. If product is faulty, send back to supplier
 Test returned items for technical faults
 Effectively and timeously deal with escalated issues/problems
 Assist with the implementation and maintenance of technical compliance and regulatory directives
 Provide internal and customer training on how to use products
 Report and clearly document any faults/progress/fixes


Skills requirements:
1. Technically minded / savvy.
2. Great attention to detail.
3. The ability to problem-solve and work independently.
4. The ability to work quickly.
5. The ability to multi-task.
6. A good command of the English language and grammar.
7. Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot.
