Hi bud, might be interested in taking this.

Just wanted to find out first, what is the output from the microphone base?
Can this be used for voice over work? Podcasts? Does it output with an aux cable? Does it connect with a USB to the PC?
Sorry, Ive tried google, but not coming right.

Hi, my apologies for the late reply, I have been coming into carb for a while awaiting a notification, not realizing that there had been any activity in the thread.

Some time back a member had PM'd me asking if he/she could have the set, but upon asking to call dibs, he/she has not done so yet, so Pren is first in line as of this thread.

Okay, so this is one of those microphones that are typically used in the setup to that similar of parliament, yes it could work on voiceover work..etc as a microphone, however, this utilizes a XLR port, which is the same used on studio microphones, and as a result, this requires some sort of audio interface/mixer to connect to your computer/recording device.

So not the typical usb/aux setup, it may possibly work with a 6.35 to XLR adapter cable, but this wouldn't be the best option when it comes to voiceover work, as an audio interface is required for that studio level of clarity..etc

I would like to decline, as I do not have the intention of buying more mixers/audio interface devices to run the mic.
