Hi there I've lost my backup codes due to my old hdd dying and I haven't set up my authentication so I cant access my account, so I created a new account but it was banned because of accounts being duplicate, so is there a way to retrieve my current account?

It's amazing how people can log support tickets once they are banned.

Anyway, accounts merged, 2FA disabled, ban was reduced to 2 weeks.
