Support iTraders query

Might have been asked before but why has the iTrader system changed ?
Only showing unique trades not repeat business trades with same person.
Could someone please clarify ?

Because that is how the devs implemented the system?
Not really sure how the explain why it's like that :/

AFAIK it has always been this way even before the move to xenforo, so nothing changed

Makes sense to me. Sure everyone will have an iTrader drop but it just adjusts the value of each iTrader it doesn't really take away does it?

It will prevent people racking up lots of iTraders by buying *cough* sweets monthly.

It also makes people less inclined to do iTraders with repeat buyers.\

I am noticing a lot of newer members or no itrader members don't have the iTrader green/red/grey boxes beneath their names. Is there a bug?
Also a new member had 101 itraders the other day, clicked on them and it showed none.

the only difference is, it isn't showing now

push comes to shove, we could probably ask very nicely if we can't have some kind of "Unique/Total" format for displaying, but the admins really have more pressing things they can work on

it's not as if you are losing anything important really as your feedback still shows in your profile

I think it's more that it discourages people to actually do the feedback. The whole iTrader feedback system is a big part of Carb and to be encouraged.
I for one like to buy from people I have good experiences with and you form a business relationship with them.

That should be acknowledged in the feedback score. It not about brownie points but I am pretty certain many people will not bother with doing an iTrader if they know it's not going to reflect.
Yes it's a rule and you are required to . Just human nature really.

I saw this too.. It was Illya in the bad deals thread. Showed 101 then checked again later and it went back to zero. Must have been a bug while they were changing the feedback system.

It means there are 4 people who didnt return a feedback to you or vice versa.
