So I got myself a HP EliteBook 8540w laptop for work, but the keypad is missing a key or 2 so I'd like to replace it.
The battery when fully charged only lasts about 1 hour.
The charger is the size of a brick and I've seen smaller ones.

I'm hoping someone has a unit as spares or what not - I've contacted SPL but if I can save money here and there, it would be nice.

UPDATE:

I managed to get a docking station for my laptop via Gumtree for R300 and the unit is in great condition.
Tomorrow I'm meeting up with a guy in CPT central and he might have a replacement 'key' for the 'del' key I'm missing so if that happens - then I won't need the Keyboard/Keypad replacement below.

HOWEVER, AS IT STANDS - I STILL NEED:

• Battery
• Keyboard/Keypad replacement
