Issues Registering for SARS eFiling

Hi All - I hope everyone is well.

We're trying to register my wife for tax on SARS eFiling portal. We're having an issue in that, it allows us to get to the "Enter Address" page - however, after this it throws an error "We were unable to verify your information - please amend it and resubmit it". We've tried different addresses based on where my wife has stayed over the years, but the issue is still persisting. (Note - SARS did not ask for any supporting documents as yet)

Has anyone experienced something similar? And if so, how did you solve it?

(been to the SARS office, they're offline...)

Update - managed to get an appointment at SARS and sort it out (third SARS trip)
