Packaging: Original box, but replacement charger. Rabbits wrecked the original. I wish that was a joke. I'll confirm on earphones when I get home.
Condition: Good. Back cover single day one but not screen protector. There are some light scuffs but no scratches, dents, etc.

Not really much else to add. It's been a great phone but time to move on. Would have preferred to donate this to my eldest kid, but she has an Android phone and I don't want to downgrade her 🤭
