Planning to keep it simple as below. There can be innumerable suggestions and arguments about all this and looking to borrow from collective wisdom. I have worked on all aspects of this technical stack but haven't created anything substantial from ground up.

Technical stack (in no particular order) as below
.NET 5 framework
Angular
Oracle
Autofac
Dapper
Redis
Serilog
Swagger
AD authentication

Dev tools: VS 2019 and/or VSCode

Structurally keeping it simple
Controller -> Services -> Data layer
