Intel DX58SO Mobo (including backplate - Please note that while the spec sheet says the board maxes out at 12GB (in a triple-channel setup) the very last BIOS updated that to 24GB
Intel Xeon 5670
3 x Apacer 8GB DDR3-1600 (AU08GFA60CATBGC)

Guys, this is a rare combo - you never find an X58 mobo in mint condition, I believe this is the fastest Xeon that'll fit a Socket 1366 AND you're getting 24GB of basically new RAM in triple-channel! It's the PC version of an old car with single owner driven by a granny. Never overclocked, never even been used for gaming - for a dude on a budget it's a great gaming starter!

OK, I got off my ass and actually popped off the case to get the full RAM specs - it's actually 3 x 8GB sticks of DDR3-1600.

My apologies, updated the post as well as links for the RAM.

I'm getting sentimental in my old age...I've had that board from new, slowly upgrading it over the years first with the Xeon then the 24GB of RAM.......

She needs to go to a good home - price drop to R2000
