I just want to know what would be a good price for these items, they don't have warranty and they are about 4 to 5 years old? I'm looking to buy from someone and I need to make an offer, but I don't know what the worth would be on them.

3930K = R2500
Gigabyte-X97 + 3930K = R4500

Pretty sure OP meant 'X79', not 'X97'. Z97 boards are not compatible with that CPU. That said, here was a bundle:
