I bought the motherboard and an i5 3470 from a guy on gumtree and the i5 has been working perfectly, together with ram I bought from him as well. I have not tested the motherboard, but have no reason to think that it does not work.
I will therefore give the buyer 14 days to test it and receive full refund if it does not work.
