I lost my phone 22/12, claim was approved but I didn't have the extra money for access then. I opted for an upgrade for which I was due. I need to take a a device from vodacom before the 30day quote expire. Price will depend on your choice of device as I was insured for a specific amount as replacement for my s20+. If i am understanding correctly what you are saying is basically choose a phone and based on what the retail price is, both parties would then negotiate the purchase price?
