@ Neo-Geo nothing specific as yet, I have this little Dell 710 SFF PC I`d like to transfer into my Mid ATX chassis to play some old 1080p games.
I read what you saying about saving but here some decent spec gpu`s selling for sub-R2000

If you looking for decent GPU under R2000 see the Gtx 750ti. Have not used it personally but I have heard a lot of people say it's a good card to start with and have seen go as low as R950 also the GT 1030 gddr5 version card is also not to bad. Check some reviews to narrow down your pick.

Also in Southern Suburbs and selling my Asus GeForce GTX 1050 Ti ROG Strix OC Edition 4GB, willing to accept R3000 but unfortunately I need the cash to upgrade.

You can get a 1050 Ti for less than 2k if you look hard enough. But would recommend a 1030/1050 for a budget card.
