Key Purpose of the Job

• Infrastructure maintenance, planning, deployment and upgrades (Including backups)
• System monitoring diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Technical asset administration and documentation
• Server, network and end user support
• Supporting administrators

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum requirement: 3-year I.T related qualification
• Proven working experience as an I.T Specialist
• Hands on networking and desktop support experience including . Routing TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Intricate knowledge of MS Office database and spreadsheets essential
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Desired Skills

• Maturity and excellent people skills
• Highly proficient in English - both spoken and written
• Service orientated, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Gsuite admin
