I have been scammed, just need help/advice?

Hey all,

So I am on the desperate measures now especially since I am posting on a forum cause I just feel so lost. This dude, Freek I have before bought a 1060 from in 2020. And since it all went successful I trusted him. Push came to shove and he made me a offer. Basically to pay R2500 + 1660 Super for a 2070(do not know why I was so blind) So this has all happened about 3months+ ago but have proof of convos and of course the transactions towards him. I am below minimum wage and also got myself in debt to just get this money to him and kinda been suffering due to the choices I made until now. If the name Freek/Frikkie sounds familiar can someone please help me? The bank account holder name is Fc Keet T/A Buy and Sell. If any of this sounds familiar I can provide more details like contact number and so on. Just do not really know how much I am allowed to say about the person/seller/fraudster. And I know not at all how to proceed or what to do, yeah I am only coming out about it now because until now he has been playing me and just making me look like a idiot.

also just want to reiterate, I know I was being stupid believing the dude, but some good news in a bad year was needed, that deal seemed like a ray of light which I needed and it turned on me so fast. He was also just playing me the whole time, excuse for everytime I asked "what's going on?" and then after realizing what a huge idiot I am, I started asking for my money back, where he would proceed to tell me he did pay it back, did I not receive the notification? And when I asked again he would say he forgot he would send it today. So he has been dragging it out and keeping me on a leash of hope.

I actually have done some digging on him. But I do not know where to start, nor what to do or have the capital really to do anything about it thinking about it... Most probably would spend more to arrange something against this person than what he owes me.
