Hello there , I was banned after creating an account here , it so happens that I was trying to create and account with one email which is sheldonZigZag@gmail.com.
It kept on telling me I needed to verify that account , but I could never do it , nothing came to my email address... So I tried creating an entire new account and everything went well ... Verified the email I was awaiting approval. The account that is verified is sheldonredrum101@gmail.com.
After a few days I received an email stating that I am banned for creating another account ... One account to me doesn't seem to be working , I'm a very well known reseller on Facebook if you think I opened accounts to scam people or things of that sort ... A friend of mine sells his electronics here , so I decided to give it a go ... Please can you look into this as i would love to be apart of the Carbonite family... If you need any information from me please let me know. Could you please tell me how to go about this entire process of sorting any one of those accounts , just so that I have one account that is active. Thank you guys.
