Support I am having issues due to my ip

Hi, I tried logging in (username: Christiaan12) but there was a message that came up saying I have the same IP of someone else who I assume was banned. I turned off my vpn and created a new account (username: Christiaan13) but that got rejected with a message saying that I have the same IP as Christiaan12. Can my account please be fixed?
