Yup, not dual sim, as far as i know there is a way to unlock dual sim.

To confirm that the phone has dual sim one can have a look at the 'About phone' section in Settings. There must be 2 x IMEI numbers listed (one for each sim slot). The box should also list the two IMEI numbers on the information sticker.
