Huawei B593 LTE router for Telkom usage

My ADSL line is not stable and got an Integrated sim from Telkom to use their mobile network as fail-over.
My speed is not great on the small USB LTE sticks, thus need a router with external antenna.

If you have external LTE antenna's, please also include in bundle sale.
