FYI just to answer some Q's.
The Device is not locked to a Specific Network, its the Baseband version that is limited as its mainly built for 5G Network (NR 3600 mhz / n78 Baseband).
It is able to connect on 4G Bands too, TDD and FDD frequencies which is mostly our provider basebands.

So you will be able to connect to any Mobile ISP if there is coverage to be plain.
