So I am not sure which to pick
should I go with HP victus 15 with 12500H 16GB DDR4 RTX 4060 or Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 12650h 32GB DDR4 RTX3060

the 4060 is 1100 Rands more.


THe HP Victus is R 21 999 and the Lenovo is R20 900

Bang for buck, the 4060 makes more sense. 5% more expensive for 10-15% better performance.

I think a more important question is about everything else.
Only 16GB on the HP vs 32GB on the Lenovo (32 is the new 16 these days)
What panel are you getting with each? (Resolution @ Hz?)
Warranty length?
(Lenovo generally has better support for me than HP. Though I haven't used it on their gaming laptops)

SO lenovo is a 16 inch 16:10 1080p 165Hz at 100 SRGB and the HP Victus is a 15.6 16:9 1080 `44hz at 62% srgb

warranty is 1 year for both in retailers but I believe the lenovo has the standard leneovo 3 year as well
