Age: ~2 years
Condition: Just opened the box, never taken off the packaging or used it yet.
Warranty: Unfortunately seems to be out of warranty.
Packaging: Yes, full original packaging and included bits.

Reason: Unused. And could really use the funds.

Further Description:
So this has been lying in my cupboard for too long, as you can see it's all in it's original packaging as I received it. It has 24 ports plus two extra dual ports which can be used for 2 1000mbit connections or 2 fibre modules, and then it also has one more port for your console so therefore 24+3 ports in total. Priced to go.
