Hi, I recently got a HP Reverb G2 headset from Carb (https://carbonite.co.za/index.php?threads/hp-reverb-g2-4k-vr-headset.501221/) a few weeks ago. The headset worked fine for a week then stopped working. I need to diagnose what the issue is before I spend money trying to get replacement parts.
Is there anyone in the Centurion or surrounding areas who has this headset and will allow me to test mine? I think the issue is the ac/dc power brick as the light on the breakout box is not coming on.
