When in a Zoom/Teams/Whatever video call the infrared emitter (normally used for Windows Hello) on this Dell 5400 is enabled too, making anything that reflects infrared look purple.

I’m trying to help someone remotely. Does anyone know if there’s a bios setting or windows setting that would disable it? She never uses facial recognition anyway.

Disable IR Camera via Device manager ?
Tried that. There are two “Webcam” devices; disabling one killed the normal webcam, disabling the other stopped Windows Hello from working. That all makes sense, but neither stopped the IR/UV light issue.

NOTE: The RBG + IR camera is for Windows Hello application only and other applications cannot use it.
