We cancelled our lines in November
They said 23 dec was a the last online day
And the 24th dec it was running went there they said the people they sent it to never run it or something 😂 like 😡 wtf
A months notice and this is what happens
Now we getting charged in January
Any advice because 1600 x 2 ..... Plus the LTE package we also need to cancelled hasn't

And this is why I went instore to let them do a print out as my cancellation went thru on Xmas day also my notice was given in November, I got a bill a few days ago for Jan 2020 which as per them is my december 2019 bill it clearly states final tax invoice so I called them and make sure the agent verified this is my last 1 well hopefully let see hows this pans out good luck on your side keep me posted, please

Yea buddy, I feel your pain.

I'm still getting invoices from a line that I cancelled years ago.
They are just useless. Luckily I was paying it manually instead of a debit order. If you have a debit order that pays them... good luck.

Well just a update we filed claims through them i think it was called a cpia or cpa claim , so whatever money that was paid for those 2 months will be credited back since we never use it as for the LTE not sure on that but we did cancel we will only know what happens next month 😟
