Age: Not sure, I bought secondhand. But it's brand new, sealed in the box

Reason: The camera is 3MP and my DVR is only 2MP so the camera won't work for me. It was purchased secondhand on Bidorbuy(BobShop) hence I cant return it.

The camera is 3MP and my DVR is only 2MP so the camera won't work for me. It was purchased secondhand on Bidorbuy(BobShop) hence I can't return it. The camera is working, You can hear it power on when DC is attached and see it switch over to the night version when it gets dark. I have contacted Hikvision South Africa and queried with them and they advised me about the difference in MP between DVR and Camera.
