(This is a feeler, since I am busy changing to Unifi protect, just one more camera to install and all good to go)

I would like to sell this whole combo as a CCTV starter. Splitting will only be considered long later.
I have already installed Truenas scale + Shinobi docker image. I have setup the config etc also.
You will just need any POE router and external HDD to save videos to start using this.

Sorry bud, as I stated in the ad, not going to split now.
Also not considering to sell only the NUC alone. If I split, NUC + UPS + USB hub will be a bundle (since UPS is the power supply, and USB hub is the USB ports)
But I can put you on the queue for when I split.
