Do these have a size/weight guide or is it one size for all?

They are one size fits all. Slightly more adjustable than the Aeron, but slightly less comfortable IMO. I am 6'3, 90kg and would take an Aeron over these at my size. If you're smaller, these are great and more affordable.

I am not familiar with these chairs are they really that good?

They are solid chairs. I don't believe they have adjustable lumbar support - rather it is fixed.
