Warranty:
The Atlas suspension headrest was imported directly from Atlas and I will provide POP for full transparency to show you what I really paid for this. It's absolutely needed for Aeron users and @VandaL can vouch. A return waybill to Atlas for warranty claims will cost you $33 - I am being absolutely transparent here so you know what you're buying. This is the REAL high-end stuff.
The HM warranty is carried through All Office locally, I include the stock wheels in the box should you ever need to return the chair to them and want to swap the wheels out. The warranty stickers are preserved under the chair covered in a layer of contact plastic so they will never wear.
The Castor wheels are under warranty via Takealot for one year.
