So passed by Cape Town International yesterday and bruh, every seat for the staff is an Aeron of other HM ergo. The security guy outside was even sitting in one, never been more jelly in my life. Wondering if they are going to upgrade soon

No and yes. They can be adjusted, but you will need remove the back rest in order to do so (they arent the 4D type).
