These are generic externally powered HDMI range extenders. Transmitters and receivers powered by 5V @ 2A power supply and splitter is powered by a 5V @ 1A power supply. 2 of the power supplies are EU plugs, with (very badly) fitting converters. I have a 10m CAT 6 cable on order just to re-test them.

I used these to carry HDMI from my media PC to my network cabinet, where I split the HDMI into 2, and sent them to two TVs in the house.

Each transmitter/receiver pair goes for about R300 on E-bay, excluding taxes and shipping. Similar extenders go for R800 on takealot (takealot.com)
