Hey man welcome to carbonite. Just a bit curious to know how the GPU is a year old but only has 3 months warranty left? Also the condition cannot be brand new if it has been used. Something like "as new" would be a better statement.

True, I don't have much experience in the resale environment, but your right that would be a better statement. OK so i found the warranty card, turns out i have 1.75/3 years left on the warranty still.
