Weird that nobody with a Vega 56 has jumped on this. A Vega 56 flashed with a Vega 64 bios comes close to the performance of the 1080 - but still - bog standard Vega 56 is thumped by the 1080.

A Vega 64 though massively outperforms the 1080 (even more so with an undervolt) - so doubt you'll get a Vega 64 owner wanting to downgrade. Never know though.

Yeh weird. I'll be happy with any vega 56. But trying my luck for the 64. Cant hurt lol.

I only have a 1080 freesync screen. So the vega 56 is good enough for me + the freesync. And I want a full amd system.

But I'm in no rush. I still enjoy the gtx 1080
