Is the timing 16-16-16-36? if it is are these not B Die ram also is it 16gb of 2 x 8gb etc etc

How can one make sure if the RAM is B-Die or not?

Yes

You can confirm the make/model of the memory IC's and the Die using Thaiphoon burner. Careful this is very powerful software.

Click on EEEProm then Read SPD on bus ......
