I've just put up a Zotac GTX 1050Ti 4GB for R1800. I see you won't accept shipped items, however the card still has the remainder of a 3 year warranty (1.5 years old card). The shipping used it provided by a trusted, longstanding member of carbonite who's services are broadly used by members of this forum and has never had any issues.

I have previously shipped I think 9 R9290's with this service, door to door, overnight with no hassles at all. Let me know if you're interested. For R2000 you can get the card as well as the insured, overnight door to door shipping.
